Week 40

Well, another doctor appointment has been completed and we are still slowly progressing along. I am currently 3 centimeters dilated...only 7 more to go. They say he is pointed in the right direction and that it is just a waiting game. Our doc said if we don't have it within a week I will most likely be induced. Although, he did say he doesn't think it will come to that. I guess we will see what the little guy has planned. I have a sneaky feeling that he may interupt the Vikings game on Monday night when they play the Packers. All I know is that he is getting bigger and there isn't much room to spare. Let's see what the rest of the week will bring.

38 weeks

Had another doctor's appointment today. Nothing exciting to report. Everything seems to be okay. Little Grogg's heartbeat was about 130. Mom is doing good, feet are swelling and the appetite for cookies has become greater. Nothing better than some homemade chocolate chip cookies. Or there is last weeks choice of monster cookies.(those are my favorite) Oh, and i can't forget the big glass of milk to go with those cookies.
So we are both like a lot of you anxiously awaiting the arrival of little Grogg. Like the Nurse Practitioner said today it could be any time.
