27 weeks

I would like to take a minute to explain my side of the story.

What's better after eating a bunch of Pizza Hotdish then eating a bowl of ice cream. As for before bedtime snacks, I always enjoy sleeping on a full stomach, usually it's a bowl of rice crispies, or sometimes cinamon toast crunch. That night just happened to be mac and cheese. And who doesn't love mac and cheese. One time i actually woke up at 3:00a.m at the kitchen counter making myself a pbj. So, I Decided that since it was half made i might as well eat it.
Any way who is she to point the finger when watermelon and pasta is all we have eaten for weeks. Not that i mind watermelon is o so tasty.

There is a little less than three months to go and we couldn't be more excited. We have picked out colors for his room. Little bit blue some green, maybe a splash of brown. Should end up looking like a peaceful landscape. That he will stare into and dream of one day becoming a doctor or famous athlete. Ok, maybe thats a bit much. For now maybe just daydream about getting out from behind the bars of his crib and chasing the cat around.
Six and a half months, the time goes by fast. At least for me it has (sara would probably say otherwise) Everyday is filled with fun quotes and phrases like "gotta get some velcro shoes"
"I think my belly doubled in size over night" and my favorite " I am so hungry i could eat the leather off my steering wheel"

Patrick's Prego Symptoms

Well, since my husband isn't doing too hot on updating this thing, I have decided to take it over. Speaking of Patrick, you know how they say your spouse can develop symptoms like their pregnant wife. Symptom number 1: increased appetite. I have never seen Patrick eat so much in one sitting in my life than I have recently in the past couple of weeks. For example, we had pasta one evening and Patrick had eaten enough to feed a small country. He ate three hearty bowls (not the cereal bowl size, bigger) and then when he was finished, looked at me and said he wanted some ice cream which he ate ten minutes later. Symptom number 2: late night cravings. Last night, before he went to bed he had to have macaroni and cheese. This was at 10:00pm and don't worry, he devoured the whole box of macaroni and cheese and don't worry he did eat a whole pizza for dinner earlier that evening.

It has already crossed my mind..How in the hell am I going to be able to tie my shoe by the end of summer? Ladies, any pointers? I think it is just going to have to be solved by wearing more slip on shoes than the ones that have to tie. I am already starting to grunt when I bend over to tie my shoes, I can't picture what it will be like in September. Oh well.

Well, the little guy is definitely moving around. He tends to do his first tumbling act around 9:30 am. One day the movement was so swift and very healthy it caught me so off guard that I actually jumped out of my chair. I did cause a small scene in the office and got a few odd looks but after expaining what had happened the girls in the office just laughed. So maybe we have a future football kicker in progress??? Or maybe a child that just takes after my husband and has big feet! :)
